These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Alamogordo Tactical Range website and your participation in activities at our facility located at 101 7th Street, Alamogordo, NM 88310. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Alamogordo Tactical Range website (alamogordotacticalrange.com) and participating in any activities at our facility, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Participation Requirements
All participants must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability before participating in any activity at Alamogordo Tactical Range. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. ATR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our rules and safety requirements.
3. Safety Rules
All participants must follow the safety rules posted at our facility and as directed by ATR staff. Eye protection is required at all times on the airsoft and Nerf fields. Velocity limits of 350 FPS / 1 Joule apply to all airsoft weapons. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in activities at Alamogordo Tactical Range involves inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold ATR, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims arising from your participation. This disclaimer is in addition to the signed liability waiver required for all participants.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. Friday Night Airsoft admission is $20 + tax with your own gear and $45 + tax with rental equipment. All sales are final. ATR does not offer refunds for unused admission once you have entered the facility.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants and visitors are expected to treat staff and other participants with respect. Aggressive behavior, harassment, cheating, or any conduct that disrupts the experience of others will result in immediate removal from the facility. ATR reserves the right to ban individuals who repeatedly violate our code of conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Alamogordo Tactical Range and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content. ATR reserves the right to terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Otero County, New Mexico.
10. Changes to Terms
ATR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
